Thanks for being my Oil Friend!

I strongly believe in the power of these oils and supplements. They have done wonderful things for our health, both in mind and body. I made some videos a bit ago, that will help you in your use of these oils. There are some resource links on this page, as well as some extra videos to help you! I will be updating this page, so make sure to keep it bookmarked and saved!

Using Essential Oils Topically

First step

Some Oils can be "hot" so they need to be diluted. The recipe below is one that can be used with most oils.

Recipe

For a 10 ml roller, use 8-10 drops of the essential oil, then fill the rest with FCO (fractionaed coconut oil). Pop the roller top on, shake, and roller where needed.

Application

Apply where needed!

Using Essential Oils Aromatically.. aka.. smelling and diffusing them!

First step

Open that Bottle. Put a drop in your hands. Rub your palms together, and then cup your hands around your nose, and breathe in deeply 2-3 times.

Second step

Set up your diffuser. If it is brand new, let it run with just plain water for an hour. Then add 1-2 drops of an oil that you are wanting to try. You can always add more drops, but you can't take them away!

Third step

Enjoy the crazy good benefits of the oils.

Using Essential Oils Internally... but only Doterra's!

First step

You can put 1-3 drops in your water. Lemon is my favorite, but any citrus oils will do!

TIP:

Use only glass or stainless or metal cups, as oils can errode plastic. Don't want to be drinking that!

Second step

You can cook with the oils. and Taking them in a capsule is a great way to get them inside too!
